Are you just a wholesale company?
We specialise in business-to-business sales with a full range of requirements. We love to deal with all types of businesses – from Bunnings, where you will find our range of irrigation risers and threaded fittings right down to small one-man businesses, using our tank outlets for water storage drums.
Do you have a minimum order value?
We have a scale of minimum order values dependent upon your location, please check our terms and conditions for further information.
Do I need to order in pack quantities?
Where possible, yes. Though we understand this is not always possible. Get in touch with one of our customer services specialists to discuss your individual requirements.
Is freight included in the price?
Our pricing is generally provided FIS. However, some bulk products may occur freight at cost. Please check our terms and conditions for more information.
Do you offer trade discounts?
We understand all businesses are different and have different needs. We are more than happy to discuss a potential discount structure once we understand your specific requirements. Please get in touch with our Sales Account Manager to discuss further.
Do you dispatch nationwide?

How long will my order take to arrive?
We always aim to dispatch an order the same day where possible. Being based in Western Australia, this will then depend on how long goods will take to reach you in transit. We will aim to contact you where possible when any lines have been placed on back order.
